When you’re ready, gift orders can be submitted to &Open using this form. Please include the direct link to the item(s) you’d like to order when submitting the form. The direct link to an individual item can be found by clicking the name of a gift, clicking the arrow in the top left to expand the page, and then copying the URL into the Order Form. The &Open Support Team will respond to your order submission as soon as possible to help with the next steps. Please note, your gift order is not confirmed until you hear from a member of our team.
MOQ: Minimum Order Quantity. Each item may have a different MOQ. This is the smallest order size that can be produced with our vendor partner. Be sure to check the MOQ when you’re planning your gift order.
Lead Time: This is the production time, or the time required by our vendor partners to produce your gifts. When planning a gift project, we generally recommend planning for the lead time plus 1-2 weeks for our teams to receive your items into our warehouse and load them to the gift platform.
Price Breaks: In many of our gift pages, you’ll see pricing tables. This will help you understand the costs per unit of gifts as you increase the quantity of your order, and make the best use of your budget.
CMYK: CMYK refers to the four color of toner or ink used: cyan, magenta, yellow, and key (black). Colors are not pantone matched.
Case pack size: This is the pack size orders must be placed in e.g. a pack size of 12 must be ordered in multiples of 12.
Preferred Delivery Regions: Some gifts pose shipping or customs risks when shipped outside of the region of production. These guidelines are noted in Notion where relevant.
Stock Availability: All gift orders are subject to stock availability with our vendor partner network. Our team will check the stock for any requested gift orders prior to finalizing your order with you.
Customization Options: Different gifts can be customized in dipeerent ways, such as: -Screenprint: Screen printing creates ****high-quality designs. The technique allows high-colour accuracy, meaning that it’s a perfect way of making your logo stand out in the crowd. The quality of screen printing means intricate details will appear to a high standard. It is typically used on textiles, ceramics, wood, glass, metal, paper, and plastic. -Embroidery: Embroidery is a method used for decorating fabrics using thread or yarn. -Pad Print: Pad printing creates a durable and lopg-lasting printed image, making it ideal for a wide range of products. It is used for printing on uneven surfaces or curved shapes that don't lie flat. It can be used on plastic, glass, metal, rubber, and wood. -Engraving: A technique used to etch out a design.
