Our HubSpot integration enables gift invitations to be triggered and sent automatically based on events that occur within HubSpot, like a deal going from pending to won.

Automating your campaigns

You can automatically add any campaign you have set up in &Open based on workflow triggers that you configure in HubSpot. Campaign setup only needs to occur once, to define the gift options, theming and messaging.

From that point on, you can automate the addition of recipients into the campaign based on any combination of criteria you want. For example, you could have two campaigns set up: one for customer contract anniversaries, and one for new client onboardings. Both of these campaigns could be active at the same time. You would connect your triggers in HubSpot via a web address that we will provide to you called a “webhook”, and this is how HubSpot communicates to &Open that a gift should be sent.

Reporting on Hubspot

The &Open platform will send updates to HubSpot when new information becomes available, such as when a gift is selected or when a successful delivery occurs. An engagement note will appear on the contact/lead in HubSpot.

This note will report the following details synced directly from the &Open platform, once the gift has been delivered:

You can use this information to determine if a gift sent during the sales pipeline or customer journey influenced the closing of a deal and subsequent increase in revenue. Alternatively, you can determine if gifts sent to prospects influenced pipeline generation, deal acceleration and led to additional deal closures.


Integration for action reminders for one-to-one gifting

If you would prefer to personalise every gift going out, instead of using campaigns, you can use our automations to remind or recommend to your staff that they send a gift to a recipient based on some set of triggers.

Triggers can be set up on HubSpot for different reasons — for example: contract signed/contract renewal/2nd Sales call. We can then send a note from HubSpot to the account owner to prompt them to send a gift from the gifting platform.
